Citywide Software Information System
The City is looking for providers of municipal management software to respond to this RFP with the
preference towards a turn-key solution that addresses all of the Citywide information management
needs of the City described in this RFP. Minimally, the functions currently provided to the City by
the HTE software must be addressed and enhanced. If a vendor does not provide all of the
requested process functions within their product offering, the City would encourage vendor
partnerships with other providers with the goal of having the highest level of integration as possible.
Alternatively, vendors may provide a response that addresses one or more of the defined functional
areas
