Citywide Management and Efficiency Study
The City is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced consultants to provide the professional services necessary to complete a comprehensive assessment of the operational performance of the various City departments, recommend strategic and operational improvements, and identify opportunities for organizational redesign to streamline service delivery.
