The City of Cleveland Office of Information Technology Planning is soliciting responses from experienced consultants to provide professional services necessary to develop a comprehensive Citywide Disaster Recovery Plan for the Citys primary data centers, information technology service operations, and voice and data network infrastructures. The scope of expected services is further defined in the RFP.
