City-Wide Mobility Study
The City is interested in retaining a consultant to conduct a Citywide Mobility Study. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to help the City select a qualified and experienced consultant. The focus of this study will be to assess the current conditions of the mobility of freight and people to the city's various employment centers at a micro (intra-city) and a macro (regional) level. Particular focus should be given to the Canal Village section of the City.
