The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified, experienced and responsible companies to perform monthly leak detection system inspections the Citys registered petroleum storage tank facilities, in compliance with Chapter 62-761 Florida Administrative Code (FAC); as well as, provide monthly low sulfur diesel sampling, analysis and reporting to confirm delivery and use of diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 15 ppm or less in all diesel engines in accordance with recent Federal mandates. Diesel sampling will only be performed at one location, the Vehicle Maintenance Facility.
