Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with professional land surveyors to provide the City with surveying services in a timely manner. This requirement is being solicited by means of a Request for Proposal versus Invitation for Bids per the Virginia Public Procurement Act Article 2, Section 2.2.4303, Paragraph D, Item #2.
