The City of St. Louis is seeking bids for a multi-faceted employee assistance program, including assessment, short term counseling and referral services; supervisory and management training; evaluation and treatment oversight of mandatory drug and alcohol referrals; and EAP program promotion. Minority firms are invited to bid on any or all aspects of the employee assistance program.
