City of Seattle EPlan RFI
The City of Seattle, Department of Planning and Development, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for an electronic plan submission and review system. The RFI will be used for planning purposes only; the results may be used in drafting a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP).
