City of Portland Management of Tennis Facilities
The City of Portland, Bureau of Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in the management of recreational facilities. The successful Proposer will manage and operate under a license agreement either individually or collectively the following City owned recreational facilities
Portland Tennis Center located at 324 NE 12th Portland
St Johns Racquet Center located at 7519 N Burlington Street Portland
Major responsibilities include facility management, program development and delivery, local, regional and national tournament development, marketing, day to day facility management and site improvements.
The Successful operator accepting either one or both the facilities in an as is condition and maintaining such facilities in the same or better condition.
In return the successful Proposer shall provide an annual financial return to the City of Portland Parks and Recreation Bureau.
