Scope of Services: SCAG is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a study of preferred truck routes in and around the City of Port Heuneme and the City of Oxnard. The main objectives of the study include analyzing existing conditions and identifying preferred corridors for goods movement, examining impacts associated with truck traffic in residential area and on the existing road systems.
