Notice is hereby given that sealed bids, subject to the conditions named herein and in the
individual park Specifications thereof for the Creekside Park Restroom, addressed to the City
of Oakley will be received by the City Clerk at 3231 Main Street, Oakley, CA 94561, up to 2:00
p.m., Tuesday January 6, 2009, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
A recommended site walk is scheduled for December 10, 2008 10 am; all interested
bidders will be present at the City of Oakley Civic Center at 3231 Main Street, Oakley, CA
94561, for sign in and a brief conference before going to the site location.
