The City of Novi is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to assist the
Community Development Department with review and analysis of select areas as an
update to the 2004 Master Plan for Land Use. The consultant work is to provide
assistance to review the recommended land uses for three areas: 1) the southwest
quadrant residential corners, 2) Novi Road/I-96 interchange, and 3) an area near
the southwest corner of 12 Mile and Wixom roads.
