"The City is looking for a qualified Electrical Contractor who has a minimum of five (5) years contract experience and who has sufficient permanent staff to provide maintenance, emergency repairs, and new construction as the needs of the City dictate. Experience with municipal or educational facilities is preferred. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and services required by the City of Novi staff to complete the work as service and emergency work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the Contractor."
