The City of New Westminster invites proposals for RFP #NWRFP-09-18,
generally consisting of the following;
-the sale of City owned property located at 530 Columbia Street, which would
provide development opportunities that incorporated the revitalization of the
building and the area, restoration of a heritage building, retention and possible
restoration of murals in the interior of the building.
