The City of Monroe is pleased to announce the availability of a downtown development
site (known as the Old Joffre Hotel Site) at the intersection of Franklin Street and
Street within the heart of downtown Monroe. Through this Request for Proposals
the City is seeking proposals for the offer to purchase, design and construct a mixed-
development project that may include commercial, residential and office uses.
