The City of Evanston (the City) in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all proposers/bidders that sealed bids will be received by the City's Purchasing and Contracts Manager in Room 4200 of the Civic Center located at 2100 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60201, until 2:00 P.M. local time Tuesday, September 9, 2008 and will be publicly read thereafter in room 2404. Bids shall cover the following:
