The City of Dubuque Economic Development Department is seeking proposals for Arts and Culture Master Plan. The scope of services described in the RFP requires the selected consultant to facilitate the development of An Arts and Culture Master Plan. The Master Plan will guide the City on how to direct resources and ensure arts and culture is an integral part of the Dubuque community on the future. See attached documents.
