City of Arvin Circulation Element Update & Impact Fee Study
Kern Council of Governments (Kern COG) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to update the Arvin General Plan Circulation Element, conduct a study to identify existing impact fee resources that meet transportation needs of the city of Arvin and to develop an implementation strategy to establish an impact fee program. The impact fee study will focus on the city of Arvin (see attached study area map). The results of the circulation study in the city of Arvin will identify local and regional projects to be included in the impact fee program and serve as an update of the Arvin General Plan Circulation Element. The project will result in two separate deliverables entitled "City of Arvin Circulation Element Update" and "City of Arvin Impact Fee Study".
