City of Antonio Centro Info Center Lease Space
The City of San Antonio ("City) seeks proposals from qualified Respondents interested in operating a retail establishment within the City's information and public restroom facility called the Centro Info Center. The Centro Info Center is located on the ground floor of the northeast corner of the City's Riverbend Parking Garage located at 410 E. Commerce Street, San Antonio, Bexar County. The retail space available is approximately 300 square feet. The Centro Info Center will include 24-hour restroom facility for the public 7 days a week. In addition to the public restrooms, the facility will also provide visitor information services from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week. Janitorial and security services will be provided by the City in order to maintain a safe and clean environment for the public. The Centro Info Center is currently under construction and is anticipated to be open and operational no later than November 15, 2007.
