City and County Comprehensive Plan Project
The County and City extends an invitation to qualified professional planning consultant firms or individuals located in the State of Colorado to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in order to be considered for a comprehensive plan project for the City and County that includes a coordinated planning approach resulting in two separate plans.
