City Wide Fire Alarm Monitoring Services
Contractor must maintain at least 2 fully redundant geographically distand UL listed/FM approved Central Stations.
Provider center must be company owned. 3rd party services companys will not be considered.
Provider must utilize a toll free phone number for the daily timer test call for fire and security panels.
Provider must not charge fees for excessive false alarms.
Provider must offer wireless alarm transmission with in house tecnicians trained in programming wireless reporting.
No termination fees for cancellation of acocunts. A 30 day written notice for account cancellation with no contract termination fees.
Provider must provide one contact person at monitoring center capable of making changes to the account.
Provider must have local contact for sales and service.
Provider must have locatl trained technicians available 24/7 with at least 1 additional trained technician on backup. (must provide response time)
Provide costs for monthly monitoring of fire panels at all locations and security panels at Fire Station 1 and City Hall.
