The City of Knoxville is requesting proposals from professional firms or teams with qualifications, experience and knowledge to complete website redesign services, including the implementation of a content management system, for the primary website for the City of Knoxville.

The City of Knoxville website will be the City's focal and primary presence to provide comprehensive, consistent and accessible information related to City activities and programs. The contractor will work with members of the Web Redesign Team, including the Webmaster, Purchasing, Information Systems and members of the Mayor's Office to develop a product that meets these goals.
