City Transit Solar PV Array
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for installing a 54 kW solar photovoltaic (PV) array on the Transit and Public Works Facility. The project (“Park City Transit Solar PV Array”) includes two major components which must be addressed in a single, consolidated RFP response: 1) Structural engineering assessment and roof reinforcement to allow for additional weight of solar panels; 2) Design and installation of roughly a 54 kW solar array, including the supply of all labor and materials. Funds for the project originate from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
