The Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals for the development of a COMPREHENSIVE TRAILS SYSTEM MASTER PLAN that includes trails and pathways.
The purpose of the master plan is to provide a framework to guide decision making over the next 20 year planning horizon with the focus being a 10 year implementation plan regarding acquisition, development, maintenance, and management of the city wide trails system.
