City Seeks Vendor for Website Design

The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional consulting services to design the City's website. Proposals must meet minimum specifications and key features outlined in the City's Request for Proposals (RFP). Venders must conform to the format contained in the RFP and use the forms provided at http://www.ci.moorhead.mn.us/city_news/. Any vendor responding to this solicitation should submit a proposal no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on July 27, 2012. Instructions on proposal submission are contained in the RFP.
