City Pass Utility Easement
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Region Office is considering issuance of a non-exclusive easement on State owned, DNR-DMLW managed submerged lands. The purpose of the proposed easement is to approve installation of components associated with a new submerged outfall line (8" HPDE pipe, cement block anchors and a flow diffusing structure) for the City.
