City Of Norwalk Request For Proposal For A Total Compensation Survey Of City General, Hourly And Management Classifications RFP No. 14-420
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Norwalk in Los Angeles County, California, will receive proposals for the performance and execution of a total compensation survey of the City's general, hourly and management classifications.
The City seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a total compensation study from identified city governments. The City encourages qualified firms to submit the most comprehensive proposal possible, offering the highest quality of service.
Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "TOTAL COMPENSATION SURVEY PROPOSAL" to the City of Norwalk, Department of Human Resources, 12700 Norwalk Blvd., Room 9, Norwalk, CA 90650, on or before 5:00PM on Friday, April 4, 2014.
The City may, at its sole discretion, reject any or all proposals submitted in response to this RFP. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submittal of any proposal. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in a proposal. The City will make any contract awards in the best interests of the City and not solely on the basis of price.
