City Gateway and Monument Sign Project

The city seeks an artist or collaborative team to design, create, and install a gateway feature with either a separate or integrated monument sign. The gateway feature will welcome people to the city in a manner that reflects the city's unique characteristics and creates a sense of place for people entering the city. The challenge will be to capture the essence of the city in the gateway and monument sign project.
