City Engineering Services
The City of Riverside seeks the services of a qualified firm or individual to provide on-call City Engineering Services. Work may include, but not be limited to:
Review of engineering plans by outside engineers for compliance with all Federal, State, and City statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations
Assist the City Engineer with project bidding
Provide pre-construction phase services as needed
Provide construction phase services as needed
Assist with budget estimates for capital improvement planning
Selected firm will be in-eligible to compete for design services for either the City or any entity designated as a Master Developer by the City during the course of providing on-call City Engineering Services.
