City Collection Service
This Request for Proposals solicits proposals from offerors to provide services for the collection of delinquent local taxes and other charges (the "Collection Services") and, if the City so chooses, to assist the City in implementing a tax amnesty program (the "Amnesty Program"). A successful offeror is referred to hereinafter as the "Contractor."
