The City seeks to engage a Master Developer Partner on this ground- floor opportunity to shape the downtown landscape as the City works to create a vibrant, walkable mixed-use development within its City Center area. The City understands that in order for successful comprehensive development of City Center, it is imperative to engage a Master Development Partner early in the process to work with the City in the creation of the non-public components of the City Center development.
