INFORMAL WRITTEN QUOTE PA067-08 Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified service providers to provide a Citizen Assessment Survey on an Annual Contract with Four (4) Options to Renew for the Department of Police Services. Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Janice Bradshaw, Purchasing Associate III. Quotes should be received by 5:00 P.M. Monday, November 10, 2008 by fax (770-822-8728), e-mail [email protected] or sent to the Gwinnett County Purchasing Office, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045. Questions regarding Quotes should be directed to Janice Bradshaw, Purchasing Associate III at [email protected] or by calling 770-822-8731. Quotes are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its programs or activities.
