Cisco Voice Over IP Environment Support
The County Children Services is seeking proposals for a single vendor to provide ongoing support (remote and on-site), to include problem solving and trouble shooting for the agency’s current Cisco Voice Over IP Environment, which includes the following Cisco Unified products: Unity (Version 4), Cisco Call manager (Version 4.1), and Cisco IPCC (Contact Center) Express (version 4.0), including anticipated system upgrades and enhancements.
