The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor to provide Cisco SmartNet Maintenance on existing equipment for the Employee Security Commission. This contract will be for a period of one (1) year from the contract effective date with the option to renew two (2) additional years of Cisco SmartNet Maintenance in increments of one (1) year periods, if determined to be in the States best interest. Bidding will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda thereto.
