Cisco Network Security Equipment
Mandatory Site Visit Scheduled for November 5, 2009
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor to provide Cisco security system equipment and SMARTnet Maintenance for Forsyth Technical Community College (Forsyth Tech). The Vendor shall be responsible for equipment delivery, staging, installation, configuration and testing. The initial term of the contract shall commence upon the contract effective date and will expire at the end of the warranty period, subject to the option to renew two (2) additional years of SMARTnet Maintenance, in increments of one (1) year, if determined to be in the States best interest.
