Cisco Network Optimization Support Services
The Contractor shall provide Cisco Network Optimization Support Services to the TSA CIO Network Operations and Engineering (NO&E) Branch to meet mission requirements as stated above. The Contractor shall analyze, recommend optimization, design, provide network health checks, provide configuration baseline management, provide implementation of improvements to the operations to achieve mission requirements, provide testing and evaluation, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, continued support, and applicable documentation related to the Cisco network components. This tasking will require both onsite and remote support.
