The City is in search of a comprehensive software solution(s) that will replace the legacy ABB / Ventyx Advantage application, Customer Self-Care, and Mobile-Lite functionality that will fully automate multiple activities that are currently handled manually. In addition the City will evaluate optional applications such as Business Intelligence, MDMS, Social Media, and Mobile Work Management. The proposed solutions will be required to meet multiple business needs, multiple City departmental requirements, and a wide array of customer-facing opportunities that provide the City, and its customers, greatly enhanced capabilities and functionality. PROPOSER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requirements will be stated within the RFP for potential Proposers to meet, if they are to be considered for evaluation. These include but are not limited to the following: Solution must provide for the automation of many currently manual processes and back-office functional requirements.
