The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)-Quantity for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSNs) referenced below.  The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Delivery Contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods.  This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS).  The solicitation will include one NSN to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime).  The Inspection and Acceptance will be Origin.  FOB is in accordance with First Destination Transportation requirements.   


This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete drawings. The only approved sources are Harris Corporation (CAGE 14303) and DCX-CHOL Enterprises Incorporated(CAGE 05041).  Any offer must provide an approved source part number to be considered.  The solicitation is issued Unrestrictive under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302.

The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about October 11, 2019.   The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is November 12, 2019. 

 

Attached with this notice is the Purchase Item Description for the subject NSN.   

 

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed requirement is solicited as Unrestrictive.  All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. 
 

Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 "Trade-off Process Source Selection Process".   The final award decision will be based on the best offer in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation.  All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer.
