Solicitation W25G1V-14-R-0022 will be issued as a sole source action under authority of FAR 6.302-1 by U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division (TYAD) ATTN: CCAP-CCT 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Pennsylvania 18466-5100. The Agency intends to procure a basic qty of 180 each Circuit Cad Assemblies, Control Boards Part No 4102136-501-SP on a sole source basis from the OEM Manufacturer, Thales Defense & Security, 22605 Gateway Center Dr. Clarksburg, MD 20871-2001. Inspection, acceptance and FOB will be destination (TYAD). Technical data required for production and testing of this item is proprietary to the manufacturer. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 18,2014 This action is pursued under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition 10 U.S.C. 2304.
