Cinema Advertising in specific cities in Michigan.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Advertising of the new campaign for the State Tuition Assistance Program. Artwork is attached. Must be multiple screen theaters running the adds on all screens in the following locations for a 4 week period in Escanaba and Quinnesec as well as a 6 week period in Auburn Hills, Bay City, Brighton, Clinton Township 2 locations, Grand Rapids 2 locations, Grandville, Lansing, Southgate, Sterling Heights and Warren. see above for locations. Please provide a quote with the City, Name of Theater and how many screens with a weekly fee for advertising. Decisions for award will be based on best value to the Government. Contractor must be registered in www.sam.gov and be willing to submit invoices in Wide Area Workflow.
