Asbestos Abatement of approximately 4,100 SF of friable ACM sheetrock and 2,500 SF of friable ACM textured (sponged-on), is required prior to scheduled complete demolition of the building.
Cibola D6 Old Office Removal (Demolition) Optional Item
Building is about 1,818 square feet with slab on grade and pitched roof. The exterior walls are CMU with brick veneer and footings. The Black Kettle Storm
Shelter is constructed of 286 square feet of 6" concrete with no known hazard materials. Also included for scheduled demolition is adjoining 1,206 square feet of
4" misc. concrete.
