Choeah Access Ramp and Paring Area
The National Forests in North Carolina has a requirement for the construction of a river access ramp and parking area. The project location is approximately 20 miles west of Bryson City, North Carolina, off State Highway 129 in Graham County, North Carolina. This work shall consist of the complete construction of a handicapped accessible river access ramp with parking facilities. The work shall include the following: minor clearing & grubbing, site grading, construction of concrete retaining walls, construction of asphalt pavement, landscaping, seeding & mulching and erosion control.
This is a 100% Set Aside for HUBZONE Small Businesses.
A Site Visit will be scheduled for the first week of June 2018. The exact date, time and location will be detailed in the Solicitation.
The Solicitation will be posted to this website on or about 24 May 2018.
The performance period for this project is 120 Calendar Days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
The Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
