This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain Pureline HP-10 Chlorine Dioxide System Operation and Maintenance Services at the Denver VA Medical Center s Replacement Facility Energy Center located at 13611 E. Colfax Avenue, Aurora, CO 80045. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veterans Affairs regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be July 3, 2017 with a base year, 4 one year options, and one 6-month optional extension of services. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $7.5M.
The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 15, 2017. No paper copies will be issued. The contractor s proposal shall include a price section and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. All responsible small business in any socioeconomic category may submit a proposal to be considered. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
