Contractor to provide all permits, labor, supervision, materials, plant, appliances, tools, hoisting equipment, transportation, equipment, disposal, insurance, bonds, and associated work required to remove the existing Cooling Tower, and install new Towers. This includes demolition of the existing Tower, its piping, re-configure glycol Atrium snowmelt system, electrical service, installing new Tower seismic support, asbestos abatement of TSI insulation in the fan rooms, new isolation and control valves in the fan rooms, balancing flows, training, and commissioning.
