Chiller Replacement
Remove the existing 300 ton natural gas fired Tecongen chiller, controls, exhause system, and associated equipment from the central plant. Furnish and install a 300 ton chiller with R-134a refrigerant, piping, valves, accessories, and controls. Controls are to be programmed into existing Johnson BMS. Provide all required electrical powering as required for the chiller. ESTIMATED RANGE: $100,000 TO $500,000. HVAC and Electrical Construction.
