Chilled Water System
Removal Work: Remove existing cooling tower, a portion of the existing condensing water piping, a portion of existing Honeywell controls for the existing cooling tower, the entire existing condenser water treatment system, and all of previously mentioned equipment's related architectural, structural and electrical work, and miscellaneous related work necessary to complete the project.
New Work: Provide new stainless steel cooling tower; test, adjust and balance existing condensing water system; provide new condenser water treatment unit, new condensing water piping and valves and repair/replace damaged piping supports. Construct new concrete equipment pad, supporting piers for the new cooling towers and provide power to all new supportive devices, accessories to the new cooling towers and equipment mentioned. Patch all existing wall openings as required. Paint all new and existing surfaces which receive work. Provide a new controls system and required accessories for the new cooling tower, and miscellaneous related work necessary to complete the project.
To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor's license C52.
