Chilled Water Distribution System, Equipment and Controls

The project shall generally consist of removal and replacement of chilled water pumps, new piping, valves, insulation, pipe supports, air separator, expansion tank, concrete, excavation, backfill, asphalt patching, traffic control, lead based paint and asbestos control measures, DDC system, painting, roof flashing, wall patching, ceiling removal and replacement, and electrical, complete.
