Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program FY 2010 Competitive RFP The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Purchased Health Services Unit announces the expected availability of State Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 general revenue funding to provide direct and indirect services to children and youth with special health care needs and their families (and individuals of any age with cystic fibrosis). This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes three components; Component A Case Management; Component B Clinical Supports; and Component C Family Supports and Community Resources. Respondents may apply for one or more components of the RFP.
