Harford County Public Schools, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as HCPS) is seeking proposals for use and occupancy of a portion of the Board of Education (BOE) owned property located at Deerfield Elementary School for the sole purpose of operating a childrens day care center for employees of Harford County Public Schools. The children enrolled in the facility will be limited to children of HCPS employed faculty and staff. This will be a ten month operation. The targeted age population is new born to age five (5) years. The proposed hours of operation will be from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
