The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals that will provide the Department of Social Services with a new, web-based child welfare services case management system (hereinafter called the "CWS/Web") that will meet State and county needs in the administration and provision of child welfare services and comply with federal regulations related to Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS).
